Listening Across Central Oregon: Regional Business Roundtables

This summer, the Regional Business Alliance continued its Regional Business Roundtable series, bringing employers, community leader, and policymakers together to discuss the issues shaping Central Oregon's economy.

While every conversation has its own local perspective, several themes have consistently emerged:

• Workforce recruitment and retention
• Housing availability and affordability
• Transportation infrastructure
• Regulatory predictability
• Policy implementation
• Energy reliability and long-term infrastructure
• Maintaining a competitive business climate

The insights gathered through these conversations don't stay in the meeting room. They directly inform the Alliance's policy priorities, legislative engagement, and planning for the 2027 Legislative Session.
