In honor of Veterans Day (Tuesday, November 11), local partners are rallying behind Central Oregon Veterans Ranch—a 19-acre working and teaching ranch, located between Bend and Redmond, where veterans find community, renewed purpose, and inner strength.
- ROAM at The Oxford Hotel + Chef Bryant Kryck (Sun, Nov 9–Sat, Nov 15): Featured cocktail & mocktail + a Veterans Day food special, with a portion of proceeds benefiting the Ranch.
- GoodLife Brewing (Every Friday in November): Friday Pint Days supporting the Ranch; plus $5 raffle for a snowboard or skis—100% of raffle proceeds go to the Ranch.
- McDonald’s—New Redmond location (625 NW Oak Tree Ln) | Veterans Day, Tue, Nov 11: Free meals for veterans, active-duty military, and first responders, 11am–4pm, and a portion of opening-day proceeds to the Ranch.
- Tollgate Community (Sisters) | “Holidays in the Pines”: COVR is a selected beneficiary.
