Firm Recognizes Emerging Leaders Across Offices in California and Oregon

 

TEN OVER STUDIO is proud to announce the promotion of four outstanding team members, marking an exciting milestone for the firm. Matt Kelly, Aisling Burke, and Frank Thaxter have each been promoted to Senior Project Manager, while Cyrus Beedles has been promoted to Project Manager.

These promotions reflect the dedication, creativity, and leadership each of them brings to their work, contributing to both the success of our firm and the communities we serve.

In addition to their new roles, TEN OVER is also proud to share that Matt, Aisling, and Frank are the first participants in the firm’s new Associates Program. This initiative recognizes emerging leadership and is designed to support long-term growth within the firm.

Meet the Promoted Team Members:

Matt Kelly, NCARB Senior Project Manager, with over two decades of experience, Matt has led commercial, hospitality, and residential projects with a strong emphasis on design quality and client relationships. Based in Bend, Oregon, he has been instrumental in expanding TEN OVER’s regional presence. Notably, his work on the Skyliner Club in Bend earned a 2024 AIA Bend Section People’s Choice Award.

Aisling Burke, NCARB Senior Project Manager, Aisling brings 14+ years of architectural experience, specializing in multifamily and mixed-use housing. Since joining TEN OVER, she has focused on affordable housing projects, delivering impactful, community-driven work like the Santa Cruz Downtown Library & Affordable Housing Project. Her expertise includes managing complex schedules and accessibility standards and balancing the unique needs of public and private partners.

Frank Thaxter, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C Senior Project Manager, Frank is passionate about designing user-centered public and commercial facilities. As a leader on TEN OVER’s Sustainability Committee, he champions forward-thinking solutions, embodying the firm’s core value that “sustainability isn’t a checkbox.” His recent work in Bend includes the Discovery West Live/Work Development, and he continues to expand the firm’s reach in Central Oregon by building strong local relationships.

Cyrus Beedles, NCARB Project Manager, with over 15 years of experience, Cyrus has a specialized focus on essential public facilities, including fire and police stations. He emphasizes inclusive design processes that give building end users a strong sense of ownership and bring long-term project success. His current work includes a new Operations Facility for Sunriver Resort in Bend, Oregon.
