Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council (COIC), the designated administrator of the Statewide Transportation Improvement Fund (STIF)programs for Deschutes, Crook, and Jefferson Counties and the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs, announced STIF Advisory Committee meetings scheduled in October. This announcement serves as public notice of the upcoming STIF Advisory Committee meetings.
