Leadership Programs Manager

Chris brings extensive experience in nonprofit executive leadership and a talent for bringing community partners together to help solve complex challenges. At the Chamber, Chris’s work focuses on convening people and knowledge to expose tomorrow’s leaders to the foundation they need to guide Bend forward—together. Through the BendNEXT initiative, these leadership development programs encourage collaboration and foster relationships throughout the community, strengthening Central Oregon’s network of business and community leaders.

Chris holds a master’s in marine and environmental affairs and a bachelor’s in biology, both from the University of Washington. Chris grew up in Portland, Oregon, and is excited to return to the Pacific Northwest after spending the past five years in Phoenix, Arizona. Chris, his wife, and their two children (along with three rescue animals) enjoy spending as much time as possible exploring the great outdoors.
