We’re pleased to showcase the Ribbon Cutting and 25th Anniversary Celebration of the purchase of The Latino Community Association’s Bend Empowerment Center, held on May 30, 2025.

LCA is a non-profit that serves Central Oregon Latine and immigrant communities. Their mission is to empower the Latine community to thrive and create opportunities for advancement.
