The Boys and Girls Clubs of Bend (BGCB) has announced Jennifer Graham as their new Chief Operating Officer. Graham will lead Club operations and programming, supporting staff and systems that help deliver safe, high-quality experiences for the youth and families BGCB serves.
Graham is a longtime Central Oregon resident and youth-focused nonprofit leader dedicated to creating environments where young people feel connected, challenged, and able to grow. “I’m honored to join Boys & Girls Clubs of Bend and support the incredible work already happening here and I'm excited to work alongside this team and community to reach more youth and strengthen programs” Graham said.
A former elementary school teacher, she brings both classroom and systems-level experience to her work with youth and families. Graham most recently served as Youth Programs Manager at East Cascades Works, where she led regional initiatives connecting youth across rural, urban, and tribal communities to opportunity and support. She has been recognized locally for her leadership and contributions to youth initiatives across the region.
CEO Michael Baker said, "I am so excited to work with Jennifer. She brings a wealth of experience to her role and is going to be instrumental in helping our organization serve more members, more often with deeper impact. Jennifer is going to be critical to our successful expansion to other communities in Deschutes County that desperately need our services."
Graham joins BGBC at an exciting time as the Club seeks to expand programs and services and serve more Central Oregon youth.
