Established in 1993, Leadership Bend is a ten-month community leadership development program designed to identify, educate, and connect engaged citizens to meaningful leadership roles across Central Oregon.

At this informational open house, you’ll get a comprehensive overview of the program, including the application process, time commitment, cost, and the personal and professional benefits of participation. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and connect with Leadership Bend alumni to hear firsthand about their experiences.

Leadership Bend is made possible through the support of Taylor Northwest, Taylor Development, and other organizations that recognize the vital role informed, collaborative leaders play in the success of our region.
