Mentorship Program

Now in its fifth year, the Bend Emerging Talent (Bend ET) Passport Mentorship Program is a 12-month program that provides emerging professionals with peer groups and mentor matches from Leadership Bend’s Alumni Association. This gives you access to local leaders who are committed to growing Central Oregon’s talent! To help us make successful matches, we ask participants to complete a self-assessment as part of their application to the program.

This is not a traditional one-on-one program; each mentoring circle consists of three mentees and one mentor. These small groups meet monthly. We support mentors to help ensure program success.
